I offer one-on-one yoga therapy sessions based on the teachings of Krishnamacharya that include an integration of asana (postures), pranayama (breath regulation), meditation, yoga nidra (deep relaxation practice) and mantra (sound or phrase for the purpose of meditation).

As a result of our fast paced and over-stimulating external environments, most sessions include some work on calming the nervous system through breath-based practices.

In addition to working with various bodily injuries/restrictions, I also develop personalized sessions for acute or chronic conditions of the nervous, respiratory, and digestive systems.

Sessions for aging seniors or mobility issues have also proven to be extremely helpful for general health.
